Rice Pudding
Ingredients
1/2 cup parsley broken rice
1 kg milk
1 glass of sugar
1 tablespoon starch
1 tablespoon rice flour
Preparation
Rice is cooked thoroughly with 1 glass of hot water. When the water begins to draw 1 kg of milk is transferred to the pot. When the milk begins to boil, the sugar is thoroughly mixed. Starch and rice flour in a small bowl are thoroughly mixed with half a glass of water. The boiling mixture in the bowl is emptied. It is boiled for 15 min. Put the cinnamon on top and sprinkle cinnamon on it. Enjoy your meal
